STS – Handheld terminal transactions from the ‘Returned’ inventory function are missing in the Part History function.

Question: I’ve collected “Return” inventory, using the handheld data terminal, but when I synchronize the transactions with the STS application, I don’t see these inventory transactions in the Part History function?

Answer: STS does not record ‘Check Out’ or ‘Return’ transactions in Part History. These transactions only appear under the ‘Checkout / Return’ history function.
