Reports – Specialized or Custom Reports

Question: How do we create specialized reports, specific to our needs and information request

Answer: GigaTrak’s software group can always provide custom reports for users. This
is a fee- based service. You only need provide the exact report format (layout
and information required) and submit the request to the software support
group. They will review the request and provide pricing.

Or, if the default Reports available through the Report function are not sufficient, there is also the option to FILTER through and search for the data required from the Asset Function | Find Asset function.

Information generated from this directed search can be printed in two forms: as a Barcode List (Print Barcode List), or as a Grid Listing (Print List) of the data from the search.

The resulting search also allows for the Export of information in the resulting search grid to a CSV file. This CSV file could then be used to generate additional report formats through Excel or some other 3rd party option.
