Missing Images on the ATS/TTS Find Asset/Find Tool Screen

Question: I have images set up for my asset/item/tools in the Asset Information / Tool Information screen; but, on the Find Asset / Find Tool screen, the image is missing?

Answer: When the Asset or Tool is initially ADDED, and an image is attached with it, a thumbnail image is also created. This is an abbreviated version of the image and is used on the Asset or Tool ‘Find’ screen.

If the image is moved from the original image folder, and the thumbnail is not also moved to the new image folder location, the image will be missing from the Asset or Tool Find screen. If you look in the image folder/directory, you’ll notice the different image versions.
