How do I get a printout of the items that are in a Container?

Question: I need a list of the items that have been assigned to a container. How do I generate this?

Answer: There are a couple of ways to generate a printout or report for items that have been assigned or checked out to a Container. Either from the Tool Find screen (containers are only an option for assignement or check out in TTS); or, from the Report Function.

1. From the ‘Tool Find (F1)’ tab/screen:

SELECT the drop down arrow at the “Other Search Field” box
SELECT ‘Assigned to Container Barcode’

Notice that the following box, “Other Search”, displays an ellipse (3 dot) box
SELECT the ellipse box

A window pops up with a listing of the Containers that have equipment assignements
DOUBLE-CLICK on the container for which you wish to obtain a printout

SELECT the ‘Extract Data’ Button
SELECT the ‘Print List’, ‘Print Barcode List’, or ‘Export List to File’ Button, depending
upon what type of report is required

1. From the ‘Report’ Function:

Scroll through the reports and SELECT the ‘Tool Assignment by Container’ option

Choose the Report Filters

SELECT the ‘Print Report’ Button
