GigaTrak Software Update
Question: How do I update my GigaTrak application?
Answer: If you are within the initial warranty/purchase period, OR, you have a current support contract, it’s simple to update your GigaTrak software application.
– From your PC workstation, Log on to the application as the Administrator (If you don’t have the Administrative credentials, you’ll need to obtain these from the original License Key email or by calling the GigaTrak support line and requesting them. You’ll need to have authorization for these credentials.)
– Select the HELP Text tab from the top menu bar
– Select ‘Check for Updates’, and follow the prompts/instructions
If you are prompted to contact tech support for the update, that number is: 262.657.5500
If your support contract has expired, you can also contact the support number to update that service.
