Import from ToolWatch

Question: All the “Classification” fields in my TTS database only indicate “Unassigned” since I imported my existing data. Why?

Answer: The class gets set to “(Unassigned)” because the ToolWatch ® data only has “types”, no classes. You can easily map your types to new classes if you want to by going to the SUPPORT Menu Tab | Tool Support Administration Screen.

Create your Classifications; then go to the Type Tab and assign your type(s) to the desired Classifications.
