Using WIN-RPD, your delivery manager can sit at a computer and virtually load all trucks. With the click of a mouse, orders can be dragged and dropped from an electronic list of “shippable orders” onto an “electronic loading manifest” for each truck. This feature allows your delivery manager to visually equalize the loads between truck routes or drivers in order to plan efficient, on-time deliveries. Because you can download your manifest into a handheld computer, truck-loaders can quickly scan bar codes affixed to each carton to assure accuracy.

Planned loading makes unloading a snap

The planned and scanned loading made possible with WIN-RPD makes unloading ultra-efficient, too. Delivery drivers can scan bar codes on cartons as they unload orders from the truck. As a result, all cartons are properly delivered, which ultimately reduces the unproductive time at each stop, eliminates errors, and increases driver productivity.

Route Planning and Delivery – Records customer deliveries off of the supplier’s truck and captures the signature of the recipient. Data is then uploaded via batch, RF or WLAN to a host central database for reporting and validation purposes. A WEB customer accessible delivery verification process is available. Reduced time between delivery and billing

After they complete their deliveries, your drivers can upload the delivery data and digital signature images to the database of the route planning software. That means you can initiate billing and provide instant proof-of-delivery from any Internet browser.
